Our topic this term is

'What Can I See?'

What are we learning about?

Our topic this term is called 'What Can I see'.

We will be visiting a castle as part of our learning experience which the children are very excited about. 

The children have come up with some wonderful ideas about what they would like to learn!

In literacy will be writing for different purposes, and continuing to develop our letter formations.  We are focusing on sentence writing, ensuring we have a capital letter to begin and a full stop to end. 

We are encouraging the children to write phonetically along with spelling 'red' words.

In numeracy we will be continuing to focus on number along with money and handling data. 

Key Information

1. Book bags should be returned to school on a Thursday and they will be sent home on a Friday. 

2. PE will take place on a Thursday afternoon. 

3. Please can you ensure that all items of clothing are labelled with names. 

4. Water and fruit can be brought to school for snack.
