• Classes 5 and 6 are off to CARDIFF BAY

  Mrs Lewis and Miss Davies have arranged a really EXCITING  trip to CARDIFF BAY on Monday 22nd January 2018.

   

  The children will be visiting Cardiff Bay as their school trip this term.  This is an educational trip where your child will be taking part in an Tourist Operator led TOUR of the Bay and a short BOAT RIDE, viewing the beautiful sites of Cardiff Bay.

   

  We will be leaving school at 9:00 am and returning back to school before 3:20 pm. Please can all children bring in a healthy packed lunch. (Children who are entitled to a free school meal will have a packed lunch provided). Please could all children wear full school uniform and suitable footwear.

  Welcome to our brand new school website! We have created the website to keep parents up to date with school news and notices, and to showcase some of the great things our pupils are achieving. The website is extremely easy to edit by all staff at the school, so check back soon for new updates!

  

• Cardiff Castle Trip for Class 3

  Mrs Wade and Class 3 are going on an EXCITING SCHOOL TRIP to Cardiff Castle on FRIDAY JANUARY 19th to learn all about Castles in Wales and stories from Welsh History.

  The children will need full uniform, a coat, strong shoes and packed lunch. They also need to be in school promptly at 9am to make the bus.

  The children may have the chance to meet Prince Harry and Meghan Markle as they are also due at THE CASTLE this week.

  FRIENDS MEETING - Wed 24th January

  There is a meeting of the Friends of Penrhiwceibr Primary School at 3.20pm in the LOWER BUILDING for anyone willing to help with planning of events for 2018.

  We will also be discussing any new projects and money spent with an update from our Treasurer.

   

  Here's what we helped do last year
